Where services are procured as a result of direct marketing, you may have a right to cancel within 5 business days in accordance with section 16 of the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.

We may use AI-assisted tools (including but not limited to large language models) during the creation of content or digital deliverables. All AI-generated output is reviewed and edited by a human team member before delivery to clients. Clients who require explicitly human-authored deliverables should state this requirement in their written project brief.
